Why are some of our emails having their attachments stripped before reaching their destination?

The attachments aren't more than a few hundred KB. This doesn't always happen. Though we have seen it happen among many team members, it primarily is an issue for Blackberry users.

Hi kldonne,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. Since you're noticing this is an issue related to BlackBerry devices it sounds as if the device itself is removing the email attachment. Our limit on attachments is set to 50MB but we recommend sending smaller attachments. It also may be an issue with the receiving server having a limit on the size and type of attachments they will allow. I hope this helps!
