We keep having problems with the E Mail

Last friday we had a problem with the e mail wich was that whenever someone tried to send or receive e mails a prompt would appear asking for the password and we couldn't send or receive any e mails. We contacted with you and the problem was fixed for some of the email adresses of the domain but not for all of them. We need to know wich is the problem this time and if you can fix it. Thank you very much.
Sorry for the trouble with your email accounts working. Unfortunately, this is the public forum and any information posted here is open and view able on the internet, we cannot diagnose your email over the support forum.
You will need to contact tech support for this either by Phone (1-888-321-4678 ext 2), chat, email this request to email@example.com. Tell them the email addresses you are still having problems with. You will need to verify the account with support by including the last 4 of the credit card number or the current AMP password and they can diagnose it from there.
If you feel you can diagnose the problem yourself you can always try the email troubleshooting guide. Otherwise we would be more than happy to look into the email failure. Sorry for the convenience.
