Hi

I have hosted my website on inmotion hosting, then we created a new office 365 account successfully, by adding the DNS Records into our domain.

But until now, we are unable to receive any emails to the outlook web app.

We contact Microsoft technical support for this issue, and they tell us to contact with your host technical support to check if the Email forwarding service is enabled or not and also to help us in this issue

Note: After we added a new DNS records under our domain, we start receiving duplicated email messages.
Please let us know your feedback ASAP.

Regards,
Tariq

Hello Tariq,

Thank you for your question. Anytime you modify DNS records it can take up to 24 hours to propagate.

You can view/change your MX record in cPanel.

If you pointed your DNS to Office 365 to have them host your email, make sure the email addresses have been created on their servers.

You said you have not received any emails to the Outlook web app, where are you receiving duplicate email messages?

We are happy to assist you, but we would need to know the exact domain name to check the DNS provide a specific answer.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

Hello Tariq,

This error message usually displays when you are sending an email to an address, and there is a forwarder setup to send it back to the sending address.

I recommend testing with an outside address, meaning one that is not setup in a forwarder.

We are happy to assist you, but we would need to know the exact domain name to check the DNS provide a specific answer.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,
