Too many concurrent SMTP connections

Most of my users are getting this error - Task 'Venture - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC67) : ' The server responded: 421 Too many concurrent SMTP connections; please try again later.'

Sorry for the problem sending from our server. We checked the email log and did not see any connection problems in the logs. In order for us to diagnose the problem we will need the full bounce back message and the email address you are sending from.

Because this is a public forum, You can send the specific information to docs@inmotionhosting.com. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent.
