Why is spam cop blocking all mail from charter.net? This a business account, so new potential clients can't be put on whitelist. Can I just whitelist a domain name perhaps?

Hello,

Thank you for contacting us about charter being blocked by Spam Cop. Often, this occurs when users sharing the same mail IP (from Charter), are flagged/blacklisted. Resulting in everyone using that mail IP to blacklisted. For more information, see our full article Why do mail servers get blacklisted?.

Unfortunately, whitelisting will not help since it is being blocked before getting to the whitelist. I recommend contacting Charter, so they can request removal from the blacklist.

Alternately, you can Disable SpamCop RBL in WHM.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.

Thank you,
John-Paul B
