Playbook browser problems accessing webmail.

Used it before but doesn't work now.
You first want to check to see if you can log in with another device (phone, tablet, computer) using an email client (outlook, macmail, etc.)
Also, ensure you can log into the webmail interface by visiting domain.com/webmail
If either of these work, then the issue is very likely with the PLaybook. You then want to check the settings you have and ensure they are all correct.
If the settings are correct and you still cannot connect, you will want to contact our support department (open 24/7) with a request to check the server logs for that particular connection. Be sure to include the email address you are trying to connect with as well as validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
