Having looked through your database, I can't find the solution to this. I can't send an email to an AOL address. I receive an error message saying

"Task 'mail.stuart-howitt.co.uk (1) - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78) : 'Unable to send the message. Please verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded: 550 Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)'"

Why is this happening?
Thanks,
Stuart

Hi StuartH,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you today. We've seen this before quite a few times and typically you'll need to go into Advanced Settings for outgoing mail and make sure that you have "SMTP Server requires Authenication" is selected. Here's a forum post all about the error message:

Unable to Send Message- Outlook

If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us.

Thanks!
