I cannot send email. Can you help me?

Resolved Question

I have tried sending email directly from webmail. When I go to webmail it automatically logs me in. I can see a lot of email that I have received but cannot send any. Thanks for any help you can provide me

Thanks for posting a question. I'm sorry you are having issues. I'm more than happy to assist you. It sounds, from your description that you might be logging in as your cPanel user. You cannot send email directly from your cPanel user.

I would suggest logging out of webmail then logging back in with your full email address and the password.
