I have someone complaining his emails are getting rejected, sending them to my account hosted by you.

The IP for the sending server that is bouncing is found in the following.

+AFs- is
550 in an RBL, see +ACI

We checked the whois and IP reputation for We got the following results.

That IP is Hotmail (microsoft) and is found on found on SPAMCOP, SORBS-SPAM. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do from our end about this. You will want to inform the person with the Hotmail account that their email server IP is on blacklists and Hotmail will need to clear their IP reputation. Sorry for the inconvenience.
