My email appears to be unable to both send and receive at the moment. Port 25 blocking appeared to be the issue (ran the diagnosis in Terminal) but upon changing the port the problem was not resolved. Now I'm unable to connect to the server on both fronts. This is a work email, so please help ASAP! Thanks!
I just changed the port again, and now it appears to be working. I'll let you know if this persists, but so far so good.
If it is only the port 25 being blocked, then changing it to 587 should fix the issue. You can also find other troubleshooting methods in our article on problems sending email.
If that fails, and you get a bounceback, please forward the bounceback to our Live Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
So I changed absolutely nothing and it appears to be working now. Was there just some server maintenance going on that I wasn't aware of?
