The issue is that the domain you are testing is not yet pointed to our name servers. You can send email out since it is local to your server, however publicly, the domain is still pointing to your other host.
Once you point the domain to our nameservers (ns.inmotionhosting.com and ns2.inmotionhosting.com), within 24 hours the email addresses will function both ways.
