Can't send email from one InMotion hosted site to another.

Is there reason I can't send email from one site hosted my Inmotion to another site hosted by Inmotion?

Outsiders can send her email.

Here is the error my client gets when she "emails herself":


A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

name@domain.com

No Such User Here
