I get this message
This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent has not yet been delivered to one or more of its
recipients after more than 48 hours on the queue on dist012.mail.hostpoint.internal.

The message identifier is: 1VYQ2b-000Dxy-C2
The subject of the message is: RE: FKMP: Photo request TY
The date of the message is: Mon, 21 Oct 2013 20:19:50 -0400

The address to which the message has not yet been delivered is:

friends@............
Delay reason: mailbox is full

No action is required on your part. Delivery attempts will continue for
some time, and this warning may be repeated at intervals if the message
remains undelivered. Eventually the mail delivery software will give up,
and when that happens, the message will be returned to you.

I was sending pictures files and they told me not to send more a this time as they mailbox crashed, but outlook keep re sending them

Is there any way i can stop outlook from trying to resend the email, the emails are not in the outbox folder but in the sent folder. I get a message like this few time a day since 3 days ago.

Due to how the servers operate, the message will continue to attempt to send a few times before permanently failing. The message that you received is stating that the server has finally stopped trying to send the message as it has been in the queue for some time. If you continue to get bouncebacks for the same message, I recommend looking further into Outlook. Any messages that are attempting to send should be located in the outbox but if they are not, there could be some kind of bug within Outlook. You may want to contact Microsoft Outlook Support for any further information on it if the problem persists.

Hi NexusICT,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. I've reviewed the bounceback message you posted and it appears to be an issue with the pcinfo.ba domain that the email is being sent to. I've looked at the domain and it appears to hosted at fantasticno.com.

The only thing you can do is contact the recipient and let them know you're having trouble sending them emails and see if they can fix their issues on their server.

I hope this helps! If you need further assistance please feel free to contact us.

Thanks!

Tim S
