Hello JAC8015, Thank you for your question regarding bounced emails. There are many reasons why an email will bounce back, so they are handled on a case-by-case-basis. Please forward the full bounced email to support@inmotionhosting.com, which will create a ticket. Tech Support will review the full header, and bounced message then reply with a resolution.
