I want to install a prepackaged Drupal distribution, specifically Open Enterprise (http://drupal.org/project/openenterprise), and I followed the short tutorial on Manually installing the latest version of Drupal. I set up a MySQL database, downloaded and extracted the Open Enterprise distribution, and used FileZilla to upload the files to a Drupal folder on our domain. I then went to mydomain.com/install.php as instructed in the next tutorial, Initial Configuration of Drupal Installation, but get a 404 file not found error. Am I missing something (perhaps with the MySQL) or are Drupal Distributions somehow not supported? This is my first attempt at anything other than a simple Dreamweaver built HTML site, so please forgive my inexperience. Probably doesn't matter, but I working on an AMD Dual Core with WinXP Pro and Firefox 13. Thank you.

Hello KennethB,

I do see a Drupal folder in your account, but it is one level too high. It needs to be underneath the public_html in order to be able to access it via the web.

Anything outside the public_html folder is only accessible via FTP or the cPanel itself.

I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.
