Hi everyone...I'm trying to setup a Drupal site. I need to add my server and port information, but can't find it on the site. (Actually, I think I found the server IP, but I'm not sure it's the one the Drupal setup feature is asking for). Does anyone know where on the site this info might be?

Thanks!

Hello patrickrsim,

The IP address for your database is the one in the cPanel left hand sidebar. It is labeled 'shared IP address'. Click here for the link to our article that shows you how to do just that. Also, the standard MYSQL port is 3306.

If the installation is being done on your hosting server, then the DB server name will be 'localhost' and the IP and port not needed.

I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.

Best Regards,
