Drupal7 MERCI module

I got into a trouble when I use merci module.
When I make a reservation,I use a fake name like Bill.But when I switch to the admin to confirm the reservation status.The name changed from the Bill(borrowers)to the admin(myself).
I do not know what is the problem.
Hope somebody can help me with this question.

Hello Alisha, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, this is difficult to troubleshoot since these modules are coded by 3rd parties. I attempted to locate your website / account to investigate further but was unable to. I did find an open thread in the official site regarding this.
