subdomain not being created

Hi,
I've successfully created a number of subdomains, but for some odd reason any time i try to create one now, in cpanel it says it's been created. however, if i go to the url i've created it shows up an error, "Server Not Found".
why is this happening? i have no idea. some times it works, some times it doesn't. this is really affecting my business.

Hi vchahal86, Thanks for posting your question. I'm happy to look into this for you, however, I will need your primary domain on the account to do so. Also, since DNS is involved when creating a subdomain, it may take up to 4 hours to fully propagate. I hope this helps! Tim S |
