Hello John,

I checked the domin name for you and it appears to still pointing to GoDaddy's name servers. You will want to point the domain to our name servers so that it looks to our servers for your site.

Information here is indeed public. If you would like information to be private, you would need to contact technical support via chat, ticket, or phone.

Hello John,
In the upper right corner of the page you will see a small lifering icon next to the words "Get Support". That is the link you click to get the page you referenced.

I completely agree that it is very difficult to find. I will get with the team that designs that and share that concern so we can make it either more obvious or change the documentation to give better details on finding it.

Kindest Regards,
Scott M

hi Scott

thanks for your kind reply and prompt to let the design team "fix" that

you see thats the Header section, when i am into my AMP panels i should not search in my header logos for important buttons/pages/function like those!

you gave us a nice new design the last few months, i even send a feedback on that today, where we have a main menu with dropdown submenus just under the header and then the main section with all our main choices.

now why would they design the "support center" over there and confuse us when this is the place for private support and top right conrner if something needs to be there, lets be the public support.

just create a new menu named "Support" and under it few submenus like
Start Live Chat
Open a Ticket
Call us

or something like that. because the obvious place for support is there, and not where it is now!

best regards

John
