Thank you for your question on domain privacy. I did a check and do see that domain privacy has been installed for your domain. I ran a check on the WhoIs database and your contact information displaying the privacy information as it is supposed to.
If I have a privacy that means no one can access and know my information, including my name and that what I am expecting.
To remove your name from the WhoIs information would require changing the registrant name. This must be either a legal business name or a real person's name. Whatever name is in that field is the legal owner of the domain, so you can have it changed if you wish, but you would no longer be the actual owner of the domain name according to ICANN.
