Why am I getting "ERROR: This is not a valid entry, please resubmit." when I try to point to another of my sites?

I want to point exuberanthealing.com to www.mydoterra.com/lauriehale but I get this error as make the entry into the domain management/delegation details page. The help video show it is so easy to change your nameserver delegation to point to your domain name elsewhere but apparently it doesn't like changing it to my web page www.mydoterra.com/lauriehale
If I can't do that can I at least change it to a blog page?

Hello Joha123,

Sorry to hear you're having problems with pointing the domain. You should be able to use Redirects or a Parked domain in order to point web traffic to the other URL. You would not use a name server change, UNLESS you were trying to change it so that domain is going to the other host.

Those links should help you get it sorted out. If you're still intent on using the exuberanthealing.com domain here, then you will need to make it an ADD-ON domain before you can use for something like a blog page.

I hope this helps to clarify what you need to do. If you still require any further assistance, please let us know!

Actually I'm getting the same error when I try to point to my "custom dns nameserver" which is "ns1.rmasoft.net"

Hello Rami.Alloush,

I recommend following our guide on "Using Custom Nameservers as a Reseller."

If you have followed this guide and are getting the error still, what step are you getting the error on?

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

Yeah I followed the exact same tutorial and successfully created the nameservers.
Now when I try to assign them to a domain on a link like:
https://securexx.inmotionhosting.com/index/domcntrldelegation/domain/xxxxxxx.com
I get that error message.

Hello Rami.Alloush,
I checked and saw that your domain was still pointing to ns.inmotionhosting.com and ns2.inmotionhosting.com at your primary domain name's registrar. We changed the delegation to point to your custom name servers. It appears the error is due to propagation since the custom name servers were only created with the registrar about an hour before. Propagation can take up to 4-24 hours. Please allow a bit more time and you should have no issues with changing them within the WHM.

Kindest Regards,
