Why can't I change my DNS?

As a reseller I try to enter ns1.servconfig.com and ns2.servconfig.com under DNS and it keeps telling me:
"There was a problem with processing your request. Ensure that the nameservers you are trying to set have been created. If they have not, you can go here to do so."

Hello accuhostpro,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your nameservers. You should not have any issues with setting the nameservers as they are already registered. If the issue persists, you can certainly contact our Live Support team and they can assist you with setting them up manually.
