When I enter the nameservers, I get an error "There was a problem with processing your request. Ensure that the nameservers you are trying to set have been created. " GoDaddy says they are most definitely created and that it's an issue on your end. Please help.

Hello Monty01,

Thanks for the question about the nameserver change. When I checked, i verified that the name server was definitely changed over to GoDaddy. You may have been seeing the results of DNS propagation if you were trying to see the change immediately happen. It sometimes can take up to 24 hours.

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Regards,
Arnel C.

I actually had to go through 24/7 support for this. I was informed that there is an issue with AMP right now and name server changes have to be done manually by inmotion
