Hi there!

I have a domain name registered with namecheap.com pointing to your name servers. The domain istocklandscape.com is my current domain used for the hosting I have with you. Quite often it is turning to the old name servers at namecheap making the website inaccessible. Other times it just renders the page and the admin panel as pure HTML with no styling. It seems that when I log out and in cpanel the problem disappears for a while. I am not sure if it's a timeout related issue. Please investigate and come back to me with a permanent solution to the problem.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Marin

Hello marinero,

If the domain is occassionally switching back to your old nameservers, that is something you will want to contact the registrar about as they have complete control of that. Our servers will not have the ability to do that as we are not the current registrar.

I am seeing your site and it is displaying as it should. The CSS is working properly without issue. If you experience this behavior again, you will want to contact our Live Support team at support@inmotionhosting.com or call them at 888-321-4678 x2 or internationally at 757-416-6575 x2 while it is occurring. Intermittent problems are very hard to troubleshoot unless we catch them as it is occurring. If contacting support by email, be sure to verify the account with either the current AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file.

Best Regards,
Scott M

Thanks. Will see if it happens again and will double check with the registrar first.
