Masking

I'm starting to realize how much of a pain a masked domain can be, both logistically and SEO wise... but here goes...

I have an older domain registered through another site that masks and redirects to a subdirectory on my inmotion hosted domain. I'd like for the subfolders to appear in the navigation bar- as of now everything stays the main site no matter what. I know this is a common problem, is there a quick fix to hold me over until I can migrate everything to a dedicated domain I would really appreciate it!
