had to put the add-on domains in the "public_html" directory.

Hi, i've set up a few add-on domains and i'm trying to test before switching the nameservers .... but the IP address (dedicated) listed in cpanel directs to one of the add-on domains, shouldn't it just direct to the root (home) directory?

is there a way to make sure everything is working before switching the name servers?

We are happy you were able to correct the issue by putting the addon in the public_html directory.
