I submitted a Domain Conceirge request on 10/23, was notified that my request was received and would be processed... I have heard nothing since... What is the status of my request?

Hello Tracy1,

I reviewed your account and we received your request. I did notice a hangup in transfer process. I was able to contact our registrar and successfully transfer your domain to us. It is now under our control.

You can manage the domain in AMP under Domain management.
