How to access files on a Sub domain?

I have pointed my domain ( to my flash website which i created using website.according to instruction i have changed my default Name Servers ( their Name servers and which is where my website is hosted. well when name server is changed i logically i wont be able access to files on
well for now i have to access to my files specially some html files therefor i created a sub domain ( i have uploaded some html files to this subdomain but the main problem is i cannot access to files any more.All the permissions were given for access as well.
Eg. i need to access
but i cannot access to this file by typing the address in browser. i cannot even ping
how can i access to my files ? i need to embed some html files in my website but the problem is accessing to those files!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm more than happy to assist you. Since your domain is pointed away, you'd either have to have set up a DNS (A record) record pointing to your account here. Alternatively, you could access the files via your temp url. The temp url path to the form is:
