Configuring third-party DNS origin A Record for InMotion host

Our company uses a third part DNS service and cannot use InMotion's nameservers. When resolving a host (domain.com or www.domain.com) we get three IPs. How can we create an A Record for the origin (@) for three IPs? Which one do we use? Many people do not use the "www." prefix when entering a URL and the origin sends these requests to the web server and of course cannot be a CNAME.

Thanks

Hello Maverick,

The main domain A record and www A records are the ones you want to set to the desired IP address. You can find your server's main IP address from within the left sidebar of your cpanel under the label Shared IP Address.

I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.

Best Regards,
