I reviewed your account based on your Support Center login. The problem has to do with the fact that there were still remnants of the previous primary domain in the httpd.conf file. This file is typically only accessible by our systems people, so I had to escalate the issue and they removed the entries that were entered there from the account previously having the other domain as the primary domain. They have already added your other domain (the .com domain) as a parked domain pointing to your primary domain.
