Can't see my website after changing Nameservers

I am new to inmotion and pointed my registrar server name to inmotion but get message "NOT FOUND (404)". I was expecting to see my Wordpress 2011 template. Do I need to do something in C panel?

Hello ritch,

I'm sorry you're having trouble seeing your new site. Changes to your Nameservers are a DNS change and can take 4-24 hours to propagate and become fully functional. While looking into this for you, I see you have installed WordPress and currently have the Twenty Ten theme activated.
