How to add a CNAME record to my DNS settings when I don't have access to Cpanel because I don't have a hosting account and all the help pages seem to use CPANEL. The DNS settings in the AIM portal is much more limited.

To use our nameservers for DNS records, you will need a hosting account with us. You could, however, use a services like Cloudflare to point your DNS to, although it would not be supported by our technical support.
