How can I backup stored procedures in my mysql database?

I know how to backup tables... but I have MANY stored procedures that I need to backup too. How do I do that?

Hello dgspurin, Our Tier 2 team advises that to ensure the backup gets the stored procedures you will want to run the following command: mysqldump --routines This lets the backup grab the procedures, triggers, etc as the standard mysqldump command does not back them up.
