Hello SergeyGorbachov,

Thank you for your question. It looks like you are being blocked from connecting to the host due to "many connection errors."

Since it does not seem you are connecting to our servers, I recommend contacting the Tech Support for the server you are connecting to. They may have to allow access for your specific user.

If you are trying to connect to our server, please provide a domain name or something I can look your account up with.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul

Hello Sergey,

I have gone ahead and run mysqladmin flush-hosts for you on the shared server, which should allow you to attempt to connect once again from your IP address.

Taking a look at things, it would appear you don't have any database users currently assigned to your database. You can follow the steps for how to create and attach a database user in cPanel to resolve this.

More than likely you have an application that is trying to connect to your database, but because no database user has been assigned it keeps failing, triggering the default 10 max_connect_errors setting of the server which blocks remote hosts after 10 connection errors in a row.

Please let us know if this has resolved your issues, and if you have any further questions at all.
