MySQL server is offline therefore I can't access my wordpress sites? Why would it be offline and what can I do to resolve?

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your website. I did check the site and the issues that were affecting the server have been resolved. If you're still having issues with accessing it, please contact live support and be ready to verify the account and also provide a ping/traceroute diagnostics so that they can see where the problem is occurring.
