Hello.

I am having the problem of Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 54336560 bytes) in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/libraries/import.lib.php on line 290

When importing a database of 5mb zip file.. I had looked into the support pages and changed the php.ini memory limit which was already 512M, so i made it 1024M. Which didnt solve the problem. Also already my php.ini is recursive on .htaccess - I have checked all that.

Changing your php.ini file within your home directory will not affect the PHPMyAdmin icon in your cPanel. To adjust this, you will need to <a href="http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/website-troubleshooting/how-to-get-great-technical-support">contact technical support</a> in which they will be happy to make those changes for you.

I did that actually, and Dwane didnt fix it for me. He told me to visit the support pages and do the php, ini.
