Why isn't AWSTATS showing results for my domain?

Hi Luc,

Thanks for posting your question. I'm sorry you are having issues with AWSTATS. I'm more than happy to help you today. AWSTATS typically runs every 24 to 36 hours on the server. It is a background process and since it is not imperative, other processes may take precedence over it.

I see that you have contacted our support department. Are your stats displaying correctly now? Also, I did want to make you aware of Google Analytics which is free to use. Here's a link you may find helpful:
