Web Log Not Being Archived

My web log was last archived August 2012 and Webalizer and Awstats have not been updated since August either. The raw log file is just increasing in size.

Is there anything I need to reset to get the logs archiving again.

When the server is under a high amount of traffic, certain programs - like awstats- are not given precedence to run. Critical programs such as the web server programs, and database programs are given higher priority. Sometimes, the stats programs do not restart and must be restarted either by you or by a call into live technical support. The link below shows how to restart it manually through Cpanel:

You can also contact live technical support and they can have a systems person re-start the stats application for you, but understand that it may require a few hours in order to totally catch up with the all of the old stats. Our apologies for the inconvenience with the website statistics issues.
