hello,

i am trying to upload a pdf file to my site. i've uploaded a number of other pdf files to my site with no problem before. i have tried several times now and keep getting the same result. the file is relatively small, only 68 KB. i keep getting an error message reading "C:\fakepath\StokesTeachingPhilosophy.pdf: unknown Bytes complete FAILED! :Unknown error or disk quota exceeded." note that i have not exceeded any disk quota.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue that you're having. I checked the notes on your account, it appears that you were able to resolve this issue by using a different browser when uploading your files.

unknown Bytes complete FAILED! :Unknown error or disk quota exceeded
Most likely this issue was caused by either:
1. A temporary server issue (our end) or desktop issue (your end)
2. Your account hitting its disk quota

As switching to a different browser when uploading the pdf helped resolve the issue, most likely it was caused by either a temporary issue on our end or your end. If the problem continues to arise, please let us know so we can do further investigation.
