I am trying to access my Control Panel but the get re-directed to site builder

Hello dandelion,

I am happy to help, but would need to know how you are trying to acccess the cpanel so we can duplicate the behavior. It should not redirect you to the builder. Are you trying to get in via the AMP (Account Management Panel?)

If so, we would need the AMP and cPanel usernames and passwords to check out that behavior. You can send the specific information to docs@inmotionhosting.com Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password. As we do not actively monitor that address, be sure to leave a comment below so we know the information was sent.
