Switch from addon domain top parked domain

I've had a domain in my account as an Add-On domain, but I don't need that level anymore, so I wish to switch to a parked domain. How can I do that without damaging anything, ESPECIALLY email accounts?

Hello Timatidg,

Changing the domain to parked domain will not affect the mail. Mail settings are more related to the MX records. You can change that over if you wish. The main change will be to the web portion of the account. You will need to point the domain to another location in order to make it a parked domain. The emails will be okay.
