Hello donaceli,

Thank you for your question. The amount of time it takes to restore a backup depends how large the backup file you are restoring is.

Here is a helpful guide on restoring a full backup, we also have one on restoring a partial backup.

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

The file size is only 41MB but it gets stuck wile Restoring Files and nothing else happens until I refresh the page. Maybe data tables doesn't match or something. I have no knowledge of SQL and how it works.

Hello donaceli, sorry to hear you're still having issues.

What type of backup are you attempting to restore, a website backup, or a MySQL database backup? I would recommend probably handling this issue directly with support as I see that you've already got a support ticket opened on this issue.

Please let us know if you had any further issues.
