I am trying to redirect a domain (sharpreflectionz.com) to a newer one with a new website (sharpreflections.com)

I entered a redirect in the cpanel, and ticked the box saying redirect with and without www. I also ticked wild card request. Only the www redirect seems to work , and the "current redirects" summary has matched www ticked. What am I doing wrong??

sharpreflectionz.com does not redirect for me, but www.sharpreflectionz.com redirects OK. Do they BOTH redirect for you (as I assume from the answer I received?).

Thank you for your question sharpr5!

I checked your redirect and it is working for me. You can try forcing the redirect to the www. subdomain. Check out the instructions in the following URL.

How to force www or non-www in htaccess
