password doesn't work

I am trying to access AMP. My email address and password take me to “Cpanel Login. My correct username appears there but when I enter my password I get an “Incorrect password” message.

Am I supposed to enter a different password on this screen? If so, what is it?

Thanks for posting your question. I'm sorry you're having trouble with your password. When you log into AMP, you can reset your cPanel password. Here's a tutorial on how to do so:
