Just started host subscription (Elite) - can't get onto Cpanel as I don't have the password for Cpanel login (never asked to give one)

Hello Ian,

The login for your account starts with the Account Management Panel (AMP). Once you login to AMP, there are instructions that should lead you to your Cpanel/WHM user name and password. You can also find your assigned user name in the Account & Billing Details (Detail) - you would click on the Active Subscription, then click on details again and it would show you user name. AMP allows you to reset your Cpanel password.

I'll email you the user name on the account, but if you require further help with your password, you will need to contact live support. I do not have access to that information through this interface.
