Hello Seabarce,

If you wish to make a backup restore of your Cpanel, please submit an email request to support@inmotionhosting.com. Make sure you include your verification information (either the last digits of your credit card on the account, or the AMP password). Also include, details on where your backup is located. Your cpanel backup should be on the server. If you're expecting a backup to be provided by Inmotion, remember that all backups are 24-36 hours old and are not archived - which means we have no older backups. The email you send to support automatically creates a ticket that goes to the appropriate team who will restore your backup.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.
