I purchased the Mcfee e-mail protection
I can not turn it on for the www.sterling-quality.com site using the icon in the cpanel. When I select it an push the protect domain button it says "not enough McFee protection slots available"
Sorry to hear about the frustrations with getting this working to protect your email address. When you purchased the service, did you go through the activation steps? You can find them here. If you activated it and you had purchased the 1 address protection, then you are unfortunately out of available protection slots. If you have not activated it yet, then please go through the activation steps first. If you continue to have problems even after verifying that you have activated it properly, then please submit a verified ticket request through the Account Management Panel (AMP). This will be something that either the senior tech on our live technical support team or our development team will need to review. Please provide as much detail as possible concerning your issue.
