Sorry for the trouble with the login to your cPanel account. cPHulk may have logged your IP address in the database. For shared customers and customers on VPS or Dedicated servers without Root access, you will need to contact tech support to have your IP removed. Dedicated and VPS customers with root can follow the guide below.
