My account allows for 2 SQL databases. I see in the control panel that both are being used, but I don't see anything that identifies which applications are consuming those databases. Is there a way for me to find which applications consume them?

Thank you for your question techna5!

You can tell by the prefix that Softaculous added in the following examples.

userna5_tiwi1 (Tiki Wiki)
userna5_wp235 (WordPress)

If the databases don't have a prefix then you will need to look through your configuration files to see which database is for which site.
