Hi Torin,

Thanks for posting a question. I'm more than happy to assist you. I've talked to a higher tier of support about installing PECL uploadprogress and it appears this cannot be installed on a shared hosting account. To install PECL uploadprogress you must be on a VPS or Dedicated hosting package.
